as night falls again
yet the beauty of the dawn,
lingers in my mind.
There are no pretenses here,
it is alive in aching beauty
do you see what I see?
Or are you hiding where I used to be?
I know where your pain resides,
I can see it in your eyes,
where a smile lies there is a
sadness that lingers
in the corners of your mouth.
You can't pretend, and you don't pretend,
but Hunni, I can see you.
I don't want to see you fade,
that slow fade; it frightens you.
I know that things are chaotic now,
and I know I am not there with you
but believe it or not, hun.
I promise I'm here for you.
Life looks colder,
the colors look duller
and the phantasm of the world seems lost.
but wait just a little longer, hun
and I know you'll make it through.
Author notes
When you read this, how do you feel? Have you ever felt that the world has lost its color, and the darkness seems overwhelming? I was there. I was there for nearly 3 years before time seemed to fade away, and healing could begin. I know times may feel like nothing can ever change, but it is important that you stick it out to the very end. Dedicated to someone very important to me, and they know who they are.

It was very comforting to read; i like the style and format.
and I must (admit)
I had a tough
full of challenges
(drama)
So it felt very comforting to read;
we all need encouragement and bold affirmations!
way to write!
thankyou
I needed that!
