My child, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to My words. Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life. I sent forth my word and healed you; I rescued you from the grave.
Fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from Me, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is at work in you who believe.
The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.
With long life will I satisfy you and show you my salvation because I love you with an everlasting love.
