Some people believe in spirits and ghosts
others say these are not real,
it's not always what you see that counts
it could be how it makes you feel.
Tell someone you saw something different
they just don't believe a word,
unless it affects their daily life
they just think you're being absurd.
You apparently can't see a black hole
but scientists say that they know,
I believe them, but would they believe me
if I saw a UFO.
Time and size are just measurements
they function the very same way,
if you don't compare them to anything
they have no part to play.
Every point of view is different
what you see, hear, think and do,
is unique to only one person
and that person is always you.

GUUD TO KNOW SOM3ONE HAS TO SAI DA SAME THING. DA EXPLAINATION IS VERI GUUD AND EXPLAINED. THERE ARE PEOPLE SAY DA SAME THINK WHEN YA TELL EM BOUT WAT YA SAW OR FELT, BUT THEY SAI "U BELI3V3 I DAT? ITS IMPOSSIBL3 AND CAN NEV3R HAPPEN ITS JUST UR IMAGINATION." THEY DONT BELI3VE DAT UNLESS WHEN IN EFFECTS THEIR A33 IN THEIR DAILI LIVES, JUST SCREW EM , THEN I LIK TO SEE THEM SUFFER BCAUSE AT SOMEPOINT THEY DONT BELIVE US TOO AND NOW. This was soo refreshing! There is so much angst, and love, and death, and imagery on this site. It's nice to see an objective awareness of a truth of life. It's also fairly simply written in terms of vocabulary, which too, makes this different. It's also understandable on a first read. I really like the second last stanza, but I'm not sure if it fits perfectly.It's a good thought though.

while this is true, sometimes the way you feel
can be kinda distorted
"they just think you're being absurd."
this part seemed a little forced and cliche for me
but i liked rest of the stanza
because alot of people really dont care unless it affects them
"Time and size are just measurements
they function the very same way,
if you don't compare them to anything
they have no part to play."
this part gave me a smile

the use of always, doesnt quite seem to fit here
and feels over the top and cliche
but apart from that i enjoyed this paragraph

I really enjoyed this poem, believe it or not, I recognized our family in this. We are experiencing some differences of opinion on why our society is in turmoil, yes some are conservatives and some are liberals and your Time and size are just measurements, apply. And the very last verse, really says it all.
They are beautiful verses.
