One More Night to Treasure

Missing image
Heart and souls are joining 'neath the moon tonight

hand in hand they travel 'long the paths of love

Whispers of the eve bring pleasures to the night

and the kisses that he leaves are not enough...

Stopping for a breather, the mood becomes light

lips are lightly kissing as stars dance above

Heartbeats pounding louder as tongues catch a fire

and hands become the compass of their desire

Tender lips are parting, eyes are begging more

yet the evening has just begun, they walk on

Fingertips entwining, the heat warms the core

and the melody of heartbeats sings a song...

There's no mystery when its forevermore

and two lovers walk the path where they belong

A kiss becomes inviting, the promise seal

'neath the moons glow, eyes reveal the way they feel

A path of romantic teasing has sparked a flame

as the walk now ends with a teddy of lace

Two glasses of wine that will lead to the same

bodies of wanton lust and moves at quick pace

Soft, warm caresses along a lovers frame

and several heated kisses upon their face...

The path of love becomes a path of pleasure,

several years of bliss one more night to treasure

Tory, you did not pen this poem, rather you painted it like Michelangelo on the Sistine Chapel, tight little brush strokes of love and buckets of paint for Passion. one of your nicer ones of recent hon, very nice. Could be in the Smithsonian one day?

    love you
