She was always sweet and kind,
strong in spirit, body, mind.
Beloved by everyone she met,
she was so hard to forget.
Though she never courted evil,
she was slightly wild, primeval,
with a real, fatal attraction,
for the darker sides interaction;
with vampires, werewolves she'd hobnob,
always fascinated with the macabre,
skeletons, skulls, the color black,
while others gasped , she just laughed.
“It’s a harmless distraction, not a sign
that I’m being disloyal to my kind.”
So, to me it came as no surprise,
that tho’ she passed, she was still alive,
still a sweetheart , still serene,
chosen to be The Zombie Queen.
