Candy

Candy are full of sugar,
Candy are SWEET!!!
Candy are yummy,
But they don't contain meat.

Different kinds of candy,
like chocolate and candy cane,
but eating too much,
will you you some pain.

They make your teeth hurt,
They're bad for your health,
But with option will you choose?
You're by yourself.

But candy are yummy,
And they are sweet,
and they are wrapped,
with a candy sheet.

    Ah, candy so very sweet. Its a shame I'm a health nut. But than again a piece every now and then isn't too bad?

    such a cute, great poem about candy. Just a few grammatical errors. In the beginning I would say; candy is ~ not candy are. Candy is a singular word of all candy. It is confusing I know.

    I like how you say if one is alone how it is hard to resist candy. That is such a witty statement. I also loved the light-heartedness of your poem. There's nothing wrong with it as long as one eats it in moderation and is sure to brush their teeth. I have a weakness of chocolate myself. lol Ms. Karen
