Pulsation,
repetition, but diffrent in the atmosphere.
Send out, ship off, from cramped spaces, into the void.
One small antenna, a beacon among flashlights.
Just hit Andromeda, heading for Orion's Belt.
Static absorbs, celestial bodies bounce, this one emission.
Faster, it flies, greater the speed, further the source.
When prime-time reaches the speed of light.
In some distant place, we may never see.
Aliens are catching the second season of Lost.

It's really cool because at first you're talking about these wonderful, mind-blowing, majestic things. Then, at the end you make it seem so casual, normal. Really great write. You made me laugh.
