Just friends. That’s all they were and she could live with that. He was so beautiful and had a certain way of looking, not at you but through you, to the real you. His hair might be dirty but god was he wonderful. They were the same size and shape, the same tastes, they were like the same person just in two different bodies. They hold hands in the halls, they kiss before class, everyone thinks that they’re something more. But, they’re just friends, just friends.
They are standing so close, breathing each other in, she thinks she feels more, you can cut the sexual tension in the air. But they’re just friends, just friends.
Holding him close, she can feel every muscle, every inch of his wonderfully amazing frame. Looking into her eyes she knows that she’s always been in love with him. But they’re just friends, just friends.
He looks at her differently, maybe seeing more, she’s not sure, wrapped up in his embrace she doesn’t care. She just feels safe, but they’re just friends, just friends.
He could never love someone as sorry sad as me, so we’re just friends, just friends.
Play the guitar, sad sad song, about a sad girl who's never gone. Raise your voice to the sky, raise your voice just for her. Sing for her, give to her, raise your voice for her little pisces boy.
He lives for her, but she won’t know, they’re just friends, just friends. He thinks she’s beautiful but she don’t know, they’re just friends, just friends.
He feels alive when their lips touch, it gives him chills to hold her close, but their just friends, just friends. Her scent lingers on his pillow, the residue of her mascara still there from all the times she’s cried, landing in his arms, and flowing into his heart. But they’re just friends, just friends. He wonders if they dreams the same dreams, but he knows no one dreams of themselves. He wishes he could tell her, but they’re just friends, just friends.
She could never love someone sorry sad as me, so we’re just friends, just friends

Wow.
This is sooo sad. It's beautiful though and so touching because I think everyone has been in this place before.
