Perfect Stranger

You crawled beneath my skin
and the covers on my bed
where your touch echoed
throughout my body
and even my bones smiled.
In a tangle of sticky limbs
I absorbed your heat,
deep even breaths and
I felt your heart beating.
The flood in my veins
reminded me that you
are a perfect stranger—
that I barely know you.
I smiled into the darkness,
clearing a spot for you
right next to my soul,
only to find that you
are already there.

Please tell me what you think

Wow Sammy. I'm not entirely sure what to think of this. It is certainly an intensly vivid piece, and well crafted.
I love the like "and even my bones smiled"
I have known that feeling, and I can't think of a better way to describe it.
I'm glad to see you writing again. It's been lonely around here, and I miss you.
I hope you're doing well, take care!
