In intangible moments I caress the breath
of air that my body embraced moments before
while sunlight glances fitfully in sparks
off these windows of my soul.
Tides of emotion thunder onto shore
where the mind dances in white froth
and sparkles of afterthought parrots
in the residue of that meeting.
While thoughts trek across desert
that sandy expanse of harsh terrain
and cacti discomfort of painful truth
blistered footfalls mark the wayward path.
When rain cascaded to call my heart
renewed by visions of love, oasis,
no mirage, but open cloud of empathy
each drop of compassion and care, healing.
In intangible moments I release the breath
I left, to swirl like invisible mist and return
to the winds with all my thoughts and emotions
while I rest here, to sleep my dreams forth.

This is a wonderful write. You have mixed personal life force and thought so well with nature's energic actions and I love this. I often try to make what I feel be expressed in a way to compare with the blessed gifts of the universe's expressions in sinergy but fall short thus I scrap the paper. I am bookmarking this for further readings.

de ar que abraçou o meu corpo momentos antes

onde as danças mente em espuma branca
