You know Christmas is coming when you hear singing so divine,
Carollers so in tune,never missing a line,
When you see presents nestled safely under the tree,
When children run around,laughing so innocently,
Outside playing,smiling when they see snow,
On Christmas Eve,they listen out to hear the jolly ho ho ho,
When you see adults kissing under the mistletoe,
Making every-ones faces turn a blushing glow,
Many have dreamt of a Christmas so white,
But children only wish to see Santa on Christmas night,
And I will be drinking sherry,waiting for jingles to be sung,
You know Christmas is coming when Advent has begun.
