I’m purple all around
With green on the end
Do you know who I am
Do you comprehend?
I’m round and soft
And I live in a bunch
And some mean people
Eat me for lunch
Some are green and red
Others in weird shape
Yes its very true
I’m a grape
Now I’m sitting
In the grocery store
Watching ugly people
Come in the door
There was a person
Who looked at me
“Go away moron”
I don’t want you
can’t you see?
But of course they didn’t hear
And picked me up right away
What about my rights?
I thought I lived in the USA!!!
But if you’re a fruit
No one really cares
All the evil things
And people I can’t bare
the weirdo’s picked me up
And took me to the register
All us grapes got scared
And tried to stay together
We were put in the fridge
God it was cold!
Now we are all scared
Of what we are told
A few days later
We’re still sitting here
I know it hasn’t been long
But it feels like years!
There’s the human now
Looking at us all
Now they’re going
To eat us as I recall
A few of my friends go
Into the mouth of the person
Now they’re all gone
And they only leave one
I’m still alive!
Still small as could be
I’m still purple n round
As I jump up in glee
But now the freak
Is calling to a friend
Probably just a chat
Well that’s what I intend
They’re coming this way
And talking about lunch\
Wait! What are you doing!!
CRUNCH!

not one of my best poems but someone gave me a topic so here I am making a poem out of it (A very bad one I might add) o and the freak and weirdo are just the grape giving people a bad name.
