Unexplainable Feelings

heart sitting in the pit of my stomach
a soul of mixed emotions and emptiness
smiles and tears not knowing which are real anymore

feeling so alone even within a crowd
not wanting to do much of anything
not really thinking about much

seeming so lost and confused
never really knowing if i'm coming or going
dazing out like i'm drugged up

just blank looks and glassy eyes
deep in thought with nothing there
extremely unsure what's going on...
