To Walk In Another’s Eyes

What was I before? Did you not see?
Im everything once eternally
what more can I say if my heart’s blood runs dry?
The same heart beating to my eye’s subtle lies

I can see my own eyes they look now with mistrust
my deadly sin of choice, my fuel is my lust

lust takes my mind and gives it’s decreed
nothing remains of my will to plead
to let go the sovereignty of where I stand
my will is weak, it’s strength, like sand

what resolve has been set when I make mine known nothing has been made of what was shown

I write with my soul, but see with my eyes how much between the two could turn into lies?
truth is unleashed from this fragile swing,

my soul, and my eyes,  together they sing,
what once was forgotten but not worn away
is set in my heart but outlived it’s stay
my world turned around before it began
together my eyes and my soul make a man

What did you think
