Words of Violets

To some violets speak of love and modesty, humility
To  other they tell sagas of death and of reincarnation
To some they are just flowers of remembrance
They lured the innocent Persephone away to aid Hades' abduction
And yet enigmatically bowed in shame at Christ,s crucification...
