Three Keys

When I was a young girl, my mother said to me,
throughout your life you need three special keys.
The first is for knowledge so do your very best,
soon the door will open with the key to success.

The key to happiness is for family and a home,
and to open your heart to a child of your own.
The last key you'll need is for when life is done,
it opens God's door upon life's setting sun.

Before you use the last key hold loved ones near,
whisper the story of these keys into their ear.
Three keys to bring you happiness and true love,
and eternity with the heavenly Father up above.

    Great Key Poem

This is, undoutedly and indisputedly, the greatest poem about keys ever written. Brilliant. Say, that sure is a sad smily face holding the sun flower! I hope you are feeling much better than that poor guy! Best Wishes for Autumn splendors in Pennsylvania.

a very sweet poem. It would be a perfect gift to give to a young girl about to marry. As for me only one woman (my wife) holds the key to my heart. She has saved my life and my soul. It can't get any better that that.
