Oh what a sight it'd be to see the rabbit at the mad tea party
and the Duchess pretty--and the little boy happy."
'I'm late. I'm late!' says the rabbit who is pacing
Lewis searches the cabinet for a pen and some wine
scribbles down another lyric for alice's wondering.
She supposes she could get there if only she had a key
the white rabbit is rewinding his watch
Now the Mad Hatter starts laughing "What's all this about?"
The Knight of Spades Crosses the checker board
meanwhile the Queen pours herself more wine
telling the children things she shouldn't say
Alice is running through the green
then she trips and begins to fall into a dream
where nothing is real nor as it may seem
Author notes
If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there.
