dear girl,
i wish i knew what you were thinking as you turned around and shot me one more glance when you boarded that plane bound for wherever the hell you could manage.
i know i was supposed to be your role-model, someone you could idolize and compare your own life to. but i failed, and i'm sorry. i couldn't keep my mind off of the rolled up horrors and the poppin' white stones, when my mind should have been on spending quality time with you.
you have every right to be mad at me. in fact, i want you to be fucking pissed. it would make me feel better to know that you aren't going to give up.
i'll see you off to edinburgh and just pray you come back again.
love forever,
boy
