My Last Wishes

I want to be burned
in effigy.
I want you to cover 
my mortal remains
in paper mache'
and brightly colored confetti.

Then, gather a crowd,
incite them to riot,
and denounce me.
Say the worst sort of rot about me.
In this, feel free to improvise,
or, if you're pressed for time,
simply report the facts.

If my estate allows,
disperse strong spirits,
stimulants and euphorics,
of all kinds.
And once the crowd is manic...

one step short of a mob...

light me up
like an Irish pinata.

    What a Hal...lol

    I am not sure if I should laugh my ass off or be worried that your entire estate would consist of "strong spirits, stimulants, and euphorics of all kinds." I am more interested on the thought process that provoked this art. After the meetings I have been forced to attend lately, I know I have been having such wishes! lol

    Probably the best idea for burial i've ever heard! way to go with this one, i love the slight hint of sarcastic tones. and the idea of creating a mob, setting the loose on thier target, and right before the first strike, the fire is lit! brilliance! i'll be in that rioting mob of heathens who understand.

    I would wish to be burned by those who were displeased by me in this mortal coil and would want such a fate to be my reward. That and a strong breeze to blow my smoke back into their faces and make their eyes sting.
