Monday: early evening following a conversation about hypocrisy and learning

in the mind
there are spots

where the information becomes randomized
internal to the corporeal element of each synapse

we share
we love
we laugh
and sometimes we lie
cheat
steal
heal the sick
portion this life

in order to become human
assimilate the after-thoughts of what did we do before
before we spoke
before we walked
showed courage
dertermination
self preservation
or helped ourselves
to bind the wind
or learned a new word

exsanguination of a body
to leave just a shell of bones
to be played
like a busted xylophone

on a dusted coffin of learning and everyday
is a university of life

Exsanguination- blood- letting too much, too little , wrong reasons? Got any leeches for this Mrs? Yes, we stumble on, and in trying to do what is right, or at least find out what is the right thing to do, there is hypocrisy and pretentiousness, and just plain roping for some kind of modus vivendi.
    Googd stuff, Lady.

I don't know where you let your mind wander, but wherever it goes it brings lots of inspiration to you.

'......to be played like a busted xylophone' only you to come with such deep thought

    That was the line that stood out to me too; university of life;
I'm getting to the point, I'll need a walker when I graduate.. lol.
Bit of a slow learner, me. winks.
    I liked this one immensely.

For Esha, wonderful thing to see seeds of thought and awareness being planted, and rewarding to see the growth, change that is inevitable, but here so positive and strong. I used to think we had a choice in being a model for others, my daughter reminded me, we are none invisible- so this is the right way visible and positive and reaching out..Thank you Gill...PK

As I have said before, even a shell holds the memory of the ocean it came from, in the form of a quiet echo. Beauty-full, Gill.

"a university of life" - yes, so very true; we are eternal students. and yes, the perceptions that can become reality, even though most often those perceptions are far removed from reality...as long as we share, and love, and give...and yes learn..before all the flute holes are covered.

most beautiful, deep writing this is, miss gilly...this one speaks to me; i'm sort of trying to write something along these lines too
