Free to Fly

The old Emma is gone and in it's place is me,
A happy, healthy soul, who is whole and free.
She no longer wishes her life to end,
For she has done the hard work and she no longer needs to mend.

Her name is Emma, just the same,
But she is happy deep in her soul, she no longer screams in pain.
She smiles and feels a warmth deep inside,
She is inspired by life because she no longer needs to hide.

She has confronted her past and can now move on,
For all the bad memories and addictions have gone.
She can dream of a future, of how she wants to live,
And she can dream of the gifts to life she can give.

She wants to share her wisdom, her love and care.
She wants so share her understanding and survival tools to others who have to bare,
The same suffering and pain that she went through,
She wants to help people who do not know what to do.

The new Emma now has dreams of her own,
For her past is over and now she has been shown,
A glimpse of what her life could now be,
A future so beautiful, and a soul flying free. xxx
