I walk around with my emotional astral body
relentlessly it effects the thoughts in my mind;
hidden emotional springs wound up so very tight
looking for a chance to explode and unwind
emotional springs, hidden force controlling outer things
gnawing, pushing, noxious feelings
angry, blaming, burning sensations
heavy, dragging, low depression
joy and peace; covered by oppression
emotional puppet strings, vibrations of thoughts that sing
hidden, but just as real and strong as the physical
hidden, but more influential than the material
the driving force behind the outer resulting world
the driving force behind our thoughts and words
emotional springs, hidden force controlling outer things
pulling and tugging at thoughts in the mind
shoving and pushing buttons of those around;
in the astral realm of emotional and mental forms
the controlling powerful force is there to be found
emotional puppet strings, vibrations of thoughts that sing
my astral body spikes and punches and pulls
I’m it’s puppet unless I choose to take control;
with awareness of hidden monster controlling me
and release of harmful thoughts, I shall be free

Your poem interests me very much, I have since a child had out of body experiences...I can identify with the 'other consciousness' that lives within me; my guide, my higher self...
Very inspiring write I'm sure your pen has been influenced greatly by that 'driving force'... hidden perhaps but to the trained eye, clearly seen!

To be aware
emotions stem from outer, it sets it's roots within us,
it is powerful force, causes reaction to energy, a friction pulling pushing,
staying present is far as I can tell is a solution, and being aware of what creates reaction, what is the root, there is a why.
and if we see what makes us react (ourself) then we will know what makes others react it is the same why,
we are as puppets, governed by emotions
love conquers all, love through everything, place it within the root.
