You flaunt your Depoakote level, a toxic 120
Can't you even remember our time by the sea?
When your blood was red. your mind was present,
And your heart. well, you had one,
A connected core center in your chest to flaunt,
Vaunt, a pure loud volume of life.
You vaunt anger, agrression, and call it just
Can't you remember the pomegranate blueberry tea
I brewed you after 12 am to comfort your anxiety?
I do...I sip away at cups of bittersweet, pain-infused teas...
More memories, really, that I can flaunt, yet shelf within my mind
Your wrists will heal, I flaunt
Your eyes will forget how to cry, I assure
I tried placing the moon in your chest, as a light
A guide... You simply boasted how you knew,
Yes, you knew nothing about how I proudly loved you,
How I flaunted to call you friend, an enemy in the end.
Author notes
Flaunt... Im alive, Im proud to flaunt that.
