How does one give voice
to an….
Inexplicable mystery?
You have only to watch
how my eyes brighten.
You have only to feel my
spirit become enlivened.
You have only to sense
all is right in my world.
When she is near!
Perhaps though,
you already knew.

Author notes
I cannot give words to convey all that I feel about this love. For the better of many moons, much has been written. Yet after all this time, I have failed to convey the deepest abiding feeling within. So I rest in knowing no one need to understand but I.
The beauty of this love is that one is always near no matter the distance between.
Please tell me what you think

the use of fewer words is lost on many poets; but, this effort says more than words read. aware of her affect on him, this poem is a fine example of poetry itself! i enjoyed this poem very much...!

beautiful
I love these images. Joyful. More please! -
This is a beautiful poem and way to explain the unexplainable. The mystery remains but that is part of the charm and compells one to look deeper though complete understanding is not necessary for the spirit is at peace knowing what is already known. Very nicely stated my friend,
Write on!

Brother
I so appreciate your thoughts upon this offering. You are right, one has only to abide in the deeper understanding of thoughts unspoken to find truth. many thanks as always.
