Only a Baby on Film

He was just sixteen.
And already in the ground
An entire city heard
those last sounds
Of fists hitting skin
Wood hitting flesh
As an honor student
was beaten to death

His killers filmed their deed.
Like some fucking Spielberg
Four, little tough boys
taking down a nerd

They were so proud.
They were so thrilled.
They enjoyed the fact.
They had just killed.

Five, young lives
Right down the drain
Five, promising lives
Erased by pain
All because, we give the insane.

FAME

Author notes

In Chicago, a 16 year old, honor student was beaten and stomped to death in a brutal attack. It was the senseless case of black on black crime. And, the killers decided to post their crime on YouTube.

This is why YouTube needs more regulation.

BECAUSE OF DIPSHITS AS THESE

    I Agree

I completely agree with you, in Farmville the horrible murders of a family and their friend will reek a long time. Too many time people no matter their age gang up and beat something they consider weaker than them. I believe it is time to regulate the industry and put a crimp on some of them. Thanks for posting a timely piece. The same thing happened in Ameilia county about three years ago, a gang of white kids beat another white kid to death. They set his car on fire, they should have received more punishment than they did.
