Time Stands Still

What life can be is uncertain,
One's truth can be quiet through fate's unpleasant misortunes'
Here I stand to honor the beauty in a lovely pair of eyes,
The only ones I cannot find my way beyond,
Or draw a map to find my way out of
You have sprung my life into action,
Grazing this fence line with your sweet hypnotisms.
You breathe into the sky, as it sweetly cries itself to sleep;
Pouring love  through my walkway,
I found your tears lying on my porch.
All drifts away in a hazy summertime breeze,
While your steady exhale rocks the day into silence.
I follow you into a moment a have been longing for
I flee towards your constant outpouring my darling;
Within the further reaches I sink inside the spaces between us,
Your skies I envy, they are my universe,
Where my pleads are showered in your loving mercy,
And in all hope, they give me faith.
Never did I see your love spread like wildflowers beyond the stillness of my heart.
Growing up ancient ledges no skies have ever known
Or ever whispered the name of, until now.
Readily the burn inside me grows flames up ledges
And through every place I stand, I am seeing you in my eyes reflection.
My walls, you paint them on and on,
Now they have fallen in love with your color,
They spread your name through their edges to define our existence.
Here you are the day showering the night, with the envy of sunshine;
Fearing only God could magnify such a glow as this.
You cape the skies tears with your finest radiances;
They have never fallen away when the darkest years nearly overcame us.
My sweet will only be capturing the hearts of this darling love unto another.
In a dream to swim among the angels
That had only started to confide within your brightest stars,
In such escape basing the challenge to triumph over everything,
Here we are, my love.
We lay here together in the grasses of our favorite times spent before,
To delight in each others' response to what is spoken without a word.
I find you in my sleep, always wearing a smile to match mine,
To match mine, it always will.

  • Love has its own course of the sentiments lived and felt as well and you have shared those immages one by one with a strong poetic presentation..this is wonderful work...

  • Very good.
    You are talented and create great imagery;
    but If you want my opinion I think you should try to break the lines down more,try to hit with a harder impact using less words to ensure the reader stays focused.
    I do like this poem and your style.I'm just use to reading shorter pieces.lol
