Everyone thinks we have lost our minds, our hearts, our sanity
My parents think I am disrespectful, defiant, and a criminal, but
yours thinks the same of you and I keep thinking they're right
As my tears mix with confusion I think about our love, our life
Maybe we are too young, maybe they're right, but I know one
One thing I love you and that can never, will never be wrong
I stare into your chocolate eyes highlighted with caramel streaks
I stare deeply, not blindly, into your soul and I know we're right
I know they don't see our love, our point of view, or anything
It doesn't matter as long as I can still stare into you and you me.

this is great. i could feel the emotion behind it. it's different than what I'm used to but it's still very good.

Bravo
To lose ones caring of the outside worlds disapproval of ones love needs only for one to see the clear beautiful soul in the eyes of their lover. In that stare they find a new world, a new dimension, where their love is sacred and protected.
This piece was very touching Principessa. Shed yourself of all fear and doubt for you will be rewarded with those precious eyes. Well done and goodluck in your contest.
