Lunar Cycle

Would you take fruit from the tree
To whisper of eternity
Leaving day, not quite night
Twilight

The blossom fades. Renew the pack
Without his light, her night is black
Without love, she is doomed
New Moon

The moon is chosen, blocking sun
The darkest day has just begun
The heart's connection rips
Eclipse

Dying for another heart
A brand new day, a brand new start
From plain old duck to pretty swan
The bloody queen was once a pawn
And so begins another song
Forever, forever
Breaking Dawn

    This is fantastic!! Genius, too, how you wound such poetic phrases and eloquent words with the titles of the books, making it elegant and not cliche. Great job!

    Smooth Obani.... I wasn't really one much for the books though I have read them. I guess I am not like most teens. Your poems is wonderful. It gets the main points through each book in a poem. Smarticles.

    Twilight! i loved the twilight book series. i have posters, books, and the soundtrack! which is your favorite book? i like new moon where he leaves her and each page has one word for a while. that was sad but so funny. i hatted edward for ditching her. but anywho... i love your poem, it's really good! keep up the great work friend!
