Dear Diary,
I would like to tell you a story. A very much known cliché of a girl and a boy.
She was cold on the outside but on the inside so warm and awaiting love to bloom in her heart. For some time she was searching for someone to dedicate all her affection to. She looked where she could: in the dark basements full of loud music and rivers of champagne; the coulourful streets of her city; the historic walls of education also known as her university. The more she looked it seemed the less adepts were to chose from.
All had the sinful longing in their eyes, these flames of carnal desire. Their hearts were full of selfishness, their words sweet as honey, still empty when you got to their core.
She already lost all her hope, when she suddenly saw this familiar face in the crowd, this smile and deep brown eyes. It was him.
He was funny and sweet, dancing so close my heart beated in a duet with his.
He was also the cousin of her best friend, that's where she knew him from. They have already met some years ago, she was a young teenager and absolutely not his type. Hw was absolutely her type, yet she had np chance, then he had a girlfriend.
Years have gone by, she moved on without a thought of him, he had his girlfriend far away from the girl.
Now they have spent some days together with some friends and this attaraction growed inside her, nevertheless she silenced the little butterflies in her stomach, because she'd never threaten his relationship.
One night as they were out with friends, enjoying the first cold autumn evening, they laughed together and they danced together again. As it was time to go home, he pulled her aside and said something very surprising. He said how short life was and that you never get the chance to get to know and to be with the poeple you would like to.
Hearing these words would have made her sigh and fall in love the very moment, if there wasn't the essential complicating detail. He is taken, in a longterm relationship with no reason to give it up.
So why say these things, why confuse what is already confusing enough, bring more desperation to a young girl.
A girl that felt that it was the time and chance to love but got sabotaged by the irony of life.
the search goes on but it will definitely be hard to find someone so great like the boy with the defeating smile.
This story as you surely feel now is mine. Story of another dissappointment in my life. Are all guys crazy or is it just me?

Ooft I'm sorry hun. Guys can be confusing, and can only think of one thing. I'm not being sexist, as girls can do it too.
Just don't give up hope, and definitely don't get involved with this guy. He sounds a bit... you know.
Join a few clubs, meet with friends who might bring other friends, and sooner or later you'll find someone.
Just remember, love only comes when you aren't looking for it =]
Hope I helped
Thanks for entering.

thank you very much for your lovely comment...it's just I really felt like an idiot because after a long time when I find someone I am interested in, it is a taken guy...just my luck...I will stop looking, I promise, but all the jerks in my enviroment seem to be somehow super drawn to me...
take care and good luck with your contest

It's hard to stop looking when you really want something that badly, I know.
Just ignore all the jerks, don't even think of getting involed with them.
Believe me, love comes when you least expect it

wow, you're really good at this
you should be studying psychology or something
