I sense your tears,
Roll,
And pause, slightly,
Before falling rom your chin.
And I,
Am helpless as
I walk on,
alone.
I draw in breath,
Painfully, deliberately
Afraid to let it out,
Completely.
And I fall,
Like many times before,
Victim to the sorrow
That is,
Mine.
Let the sun shine,
Not for me.
I run, screaming,
Into the cleansing rain,
To let you know,
Let you know,
You're beautiful
In spite of me.
Let the rain,
The rain cleanse
All I used to be, away,
Let me know,
Let me know,
It was not I,
Who runied everything.
I feel my tears,
Roll,
Pausing slightly ,
Before falling from my chin
Patiently,
You look on.
