Let us follow this trail through the trees
Littered with trinkets of past lovers,
And those who've give up hope.
Take my hand as I watch the sun
filtering through the trees to dance upon your skin.
I'm here to sweep you off your feet,
Forever into these arms of mine.
Would it be okay if I stole your breath
as suddenly as you've stolen my heart?
And in return, I'll share with you my own
with each flutter of these butterflies.
Here, lay with me upon this lush green.
Rest your head upon my chest.
Listen intently, all the while knowing,
My heart calls out your name
