Six in One

He hits some buttons and draws a dot,
And the points form a line,
And he smiles for there it is,
the pattern,
how delightful  --
Frantically drawing the images flashing
words jumping from fingers to
the screen bleeding ink from every office shading shading
faces people drawing over and over --
They whisper to him in the night and during the
day, they need to have their stories told,
and that is his responsibility --
Their smiles merge into his and the warmth
of their bodies flows into his
and he just wants them all to be
around him, or not, but most importantly,
happy --
She knows. She always knows, and she knows
she's hated for knowing, why she knows
is beyond anyone. But she sees though little things
draws lines between the points,
and she's always right. Attraction, annoyance,
what's happening, what's failing,
She always knows --
Smile. You've awoken because you want to take the piece,
She'll know what you need to know,
and you know what to do.
He'll give you the ability to speak tomes,
without opening a book,
and he'll let you bring a power of prose,
to a power over reality
(drama works in truth as well as fantasy).
Those other two...not so useful.
But only one is an actual problem./
