Dancing on the Keys to Emotion

The sounds of my emotions press
upon the atmosphere with noise
my voice sings each note, aroused,
by the hands that caress me lovingly.
My mood changes with every person
a conundrum to those not used to me
yet still I dance and weave my patterns
flirting or grieving with the riddle maker.
I exist to be played, used or loved
ressurected by those who touch me
in the memory of each key
I hold the history of a thousand hearts.

A-muse-in-writer: I want you to personify an inanimate object. It doesn't necessarily need to be from the object's POV, but it needs to be used in that way.

Oh and just for the amusement of your statement *tosses severed foot at you* - I imagine that would get anyones attention

    My Dearest Little Brother,

This is just fantastic! I love your take on the prompt!! Great job!!! I almost felt like this was for me personally, even though it is about an inantimate object, that takes real talent!! Great work!
