What a lovely poem to read,
I love this! The title is also very effective. I appreciate the figurative speech. I really love rainbows and this poem really make me smile and think of rainbows. I didn't understand the second line about it being haunting, but I loved the imagery. Thanks for sharing this beautiful poem with us.

the rainbow is a promise that the earth will never again be flooded.
