Sitting idle all this time,
afraid to even speak.
She seems so happy,
You don't want to disturb.
You can't ignore it,
this feeling.
Can't say a thing,
she's content.
Just ignore them,
they'll pass.
Block the thoughts,
ignore the evidence.
Fabricate false feelings,
ignore the truth.
Talk to her again.
That smile,
when did it last touch your face?
It's her.
It's her.
This is the one.
Everything you could ask for.
And more.
Your chance.
You talk.
You pray.
You thank God when she says yes.
She means a lot,
I can see.
More than the greatest poet could describe,
yet you leave it to me.
Just tell her of your love
and dedication.
