A Short Auto-Biography

I born was into a very Irish Catholic family
lots of priests and nuns.
To this day I hold the teachings and the parables
of my childhood catacism
the north star of my life.

But Jesus the man, yes or no
the 'Son of God' ...
as I have gotten older it no longer really matters.

Please tell me what you think

I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!

  • Sounds familiar.

A very open, honest piece of writing. Of course you already know I find the ending illogical... but you're Santa, and that's allowed.

Nice to visit your page again.

I had to repeat it... I was honest as i could be about a very deeply seated belief...It was accidental...

I've discovered that I am San Churro, the Chocolate Jesus of Mexico. I'll get a picture if possible so you know I'm only slightly insane. I actually have no idea of his legacy...but I like to call myself the Spanish Chocolate Jesus. Do you have an email address I could send the pic to?
