There is no excuse as to why you hate me the way you do
I have every reason in the world to be disgusted with you
All of the pain, tears and beatings you have put me through
We break it through, burn it down, brother…
I FORGIVE YOU!
Brother, oh brother, where is my brother that I grew up with?
The love we once shared seems to be one big myth
Just like my lost misery, we seemed to have forgotten our history
Brother, where are you? Where’s my little brother I once knew?
I am sorry that I was not there to protect you
It was a stage of Hell I that I had to let you go through
The lengths I’d go to save you, I’d die for you
Brother, I love you
I forgive you
Brother, I love you
I forgive you
Brother, oh brother, where is my brother that I grew up with?
The love we once shared seems to be one big myth
Just like my lost misery, we seemed to have forgotten our history
Brother, where are you? Where’s my little brother I once knew?
I’m his older brother, that means much more than it sounds
There is no soul I won’t cross for him, warning to all grounds
Brother, oh brother, where is my brother that I grew up with?
The love we once shared seems to be one big myth
Just like my lost misery, we seemed to have forgotten our history

Author notes
The tenth, and final piece in "The Return: Chap+er One"
This is for my little brother, Zach. I love you, man. There isn't anything that I wouldn't do to ensure that you see the light of tomorrow.
That's a third of my "Return" album. Expect me to start putting out pieces for "The Return: Chap+er Two" in the next day or two.

Very emotional, strong piece of love, yet thrown with hope and regret.
Nice, nice job.
