Is it possible that the heart can grow bigger,can grow fonder?
Can the eyes really see beauty or can the soul?
How is it possible for such a frail human body to love with such strength?
If i could only live a moment, that would be our moment.
But i don't want a moment. I want life to be ours, and time too.
My mind's eye travels through decades to meet your ash grey hair
your eyes tired but wise and deep.
I wish to hold your hand then, I wish to hold it now until then.
For what is this world without your love?
How would i exist without your love burning around me?
How would i breath without your heartbeat?
That heartbeat that travels to stars and smells of earth
that deepens the rivers and makes dawn break.
How many people pass you in the street,how many talk to you
and ignore that they see my light,my darkness, my treasure, my divine.
If i had known that the universe unimaginable and big as it is
could fit in one's arms, in your arms!
I had not known silence too before you came
all the voices in my head to go quiet
to find myself whole and in bloom in a summer field.
And yet they tell themselves that love is only to be quiet and sweet
but i have seen you storm,i've seen you snow and rain and loved you more.
For we do come from the divine but most days we are human
and we hurt, we crawl and we faulter.
So don't turn away if you hurt me
don't turn away if i hurt you.
And please don't turn away when you find the universe in my arms.
It is life, it is love as i am yours and you are mine.

this is simply amazing. I read it over 5 times and still just love it. im a helpless romantic, and this just cries out an unconditional love.
