She can't breathe anymore
her shiny lips now dull in love
she found pain hiding in the corner
and thought she could nurse it back to health
only to find it bites hard and fierce
blood drips tears filled in hurt
betrayl fell into her hands and burned her tender flesh.
She cries sobs of hope as it washes away her dreams,
ideas float like helium balloons so high until you can't see
but once out of sight POP, no more,
fumbling in the dark she hears her heart and rips to pull it from her chest
the pain won't stop dragging her soul that fights and kicks, she is losing
She brings life into thoughts
that one day there will be promises like in fairy tale novels
that she will be "okay" maybe not happily ever after but okay
when she finds that moment, that single spark
which ignited a wildfire beyond the fireworks in her eyes
she knows she will stumble and fall
leaving bruises on more than skin
her pride will falter within her own throat she will swallow
eventually becoming who she wants and needs to be.
Author notes
We find ourselves in endless pursuits failing to see beyond the fog of life and into ourselves for happiness. I can't say I have found it but maybe one day I will.

Wow, This is really amazing. Sometimes you have to fall in order to find yourself.
Keep up the good work.
