Years ago you told me, 'I promise, I shall sing your songs...'
What happened to those words.
From your lips my songs did fall
But now their rhythmic flow has stalled.

Days ago you told me, 'I promise, I shall always love you...'
What happened to those words.
Your lips and mine were once one.
Now your sharing with some guy?
