The Day I Learnt to Cry -(10-25-09)

This bottle's got me, I can't put it down
For obliterating my heart, I give you the crown
Now there's one last chance to make things right
The closer we got, the more we would fight
As I look into the night, I watch the stars go dim
For the day I learnt to cry
Is the day I started to die
I won't surrender quietly, fight this pain within
Hiding in the shadows, running through the doors
Never surrender, hollowed even more
Pick up the bottle, try to drown it again.
Demons inside, release the pain
Scatter the ashes, as I dig my grave
I'm guilty and broken, a shell without a soul
You looked my life a only saw an empty hole.
Now the bottle's got me, I don't really care
The first time in my life, I realized...
I don't need you there...
