She seeks his attention the same way
the lepper followed Jesus for a touch of his coat
He ignores her and doesn't want to see her beauty
which she knows she has and so much more to offer
When he speaks, his words are loud and harsh
it hurts her ears and brings tears to her eyes
Will she be a leppar forever or will he let the Jesus in him
turn around and notice the faith and adoration she has for him.

Thank You for Your Entry ~
I am stunned there are no comments on this; it is incredibly moving
There is such power and sorrow in the words, I felt the urge to cry for you and hug you at the same time ... amazing poem
Best of Luck
