Time is

There is no was nor will be in God`s eye
Time is the noble invention of man
To mark the space from birth until we die
It is only God that has no such span

Therefore love is of immortality
Two ideas quite inconceivable
Might as well absorb God`s infinity
Than comprehend what makes us lovable

Life is a gift, to take it would be sin
Ours is to always follow where God leads
'Turn the other cheek' is where to begin
Plant in our souls Jesus` words as our seeds

Then our short lives will continue to grow
Until such time when God says we must go.

Liked the flow, rhythm and rhyme in the lines of this poem. Some good morals to live by here - good advice for one who is seeking the way or just having troubles in life. SOme lives are very short, and even those who live to be old anda grey, their life is just a spec in the overall view of things.
