I followed where my soul led me,
because I wished to live my life with purpose,
in reaching out to help others,
to give meaning to my soul's existence,
to try and better the lives of my children,
thus ensuring the future of their children,
to try and overcome my past mistakes,
to catch my dreams before they vanished into dust;
and not, when it became my time to die,
when my days on earth were finally over,
discover that I had not fulfilled that purpose,
not given a legacy to the lives of mine,
not made a difference for our humanity,
nor heart-felt prints of my soul left behind...
