If you need light, you can have mine
It's shining vividly for you
Even when I can hardly see it myself

I will show you a smile when you need it
So my own frown disappears
And the smile becomes real

I can offer you my hand
When you need someone to guide you
Through dark fields or just a lonely night

I will wipe away your tears
And also dry those
That you don't show me

I try to kiss away your worries
When you are hurting
And share life's golden side with you

And to prove this
I would swim through an ocean
Just to show you that I mean it.....

    not cheesy at all. Made me feel like someone out there cares. I wish i had someone like this in my life... Ill find them someday. Good write.

    This isn't cheesy at all. It's as beautiful as the girl who wrote it and she is supernova hot. This poem brought a real smile to my face, happiness into my heart and left me somewhat humbled.....
