To make my passions fit my pleasures.
This is what I need.
Need is nothing more than a strong desire.
What I dream of turns to dust
Yet dust is more than I can ever dream.
When Given the opportunity to see
I shut my eyes.
To witness my passions, pleasures,
dreams and desires be nothing more
than an endless void and false hope
is not what I want.
Please tell me what you think

Very good to look deeply at the things we feel, feelings change as we grow. It is important to keep asking questions, always to wonder if we have the best ideas for ourselves, things that will contribute to our true happiness...this is very thoughtful...very well done!...PK

Your skills at free verse have gotten deeper and the images you portray in this poem are well stated.

Envisioning dreams is the first step to realization. All of the great minds in history and of the present, first visualized, before they acted.
"And they without vision shall eventually perish."
Such deep thoughts for someone so young.
Well penned.

Simple?
if thats your simple thought id hate to try and comprehend your complex thoughts.
i like this one aswell. the diochomy between ideals and realities makes us sad. you have such a pretty optomistic face in your photo im sure you keep your passions alive and gaurd what is dear to you.
i smile in your general direction x -
In the world we see, sometimes words take on meanings different from the rest of the world, we see ourselves and our situation as if little else mattered; and this is part of the journey, to focus on things strongly and sharply...until we resolve them. I think many readers will identify with the feelings and ideas you have here...PK
