i'm free
i hope you see
look at me
happy as can be
in love with a disease
that lets me be
and sets me free
i found the key
to a door i never should see
inside me
control is what i need
a hunger i must feed
these lungs can breathe
i feel release
from everything that needs
secrets i must keep
hurt no one can see
release
it could kill or save me
i guess we'll see
and either way, i hope YOU see
happy as can be
i'm free
