Just Under Light In Evening

Just under Light in evening
Unfolds in now darkened hues of stark reds and golds.
Last night of Summer brings beholding mem'ries of
Inspiring desires of poems untold.
Even as approaches this Autumnal equinox, an odd balance of darkness and Light, so do her thoughts return to this quadrennial anniversary, four years 'fore this night.

Like a youthful field or meadow clearing our
Eyes would long to see and be contently satisfied,
In like manner have her written thoughts been
Given here, to we who've laughed, Loved, cried.
Her trials and aspirations, hopes and observations, Loves and nature, too--have brought much Joy to many, given pause to plenty, and formed this impromptu "Thank You".

Author notes

A random poet I happened upon, the content is based on what I could glean from her profile and in tribute to her anniversary.

      Thanks for the HM...

I didn't want to point this out during the contest for fear of seeming like a brown-noser, but now that it's over, I wanted you to know each line starts with what was a letter of your AP name when the contest started. I actually do that with a lot of my tributes. Thanks also for your kind compliment.
      Sincerely,
      Marvin J. †
