Keep On The Sunny Side

There's a dark, confusing side of life
But there's a bright, optimistic side as well.
You may think sometimes
There's no hope for anyone
So all of us we should
Be burned in hell.

Well, when the clouds disturb the sunshine
Causing it to rain or snow,
Eventually in good time
The sun comes back.

When you're outside playing
And you fall and break your arm.
Within a certain period
Of treatment and care
The bone's all healed.

When the leaves on the trees
Turn color and fall off
Within a few months
Some new ones come back.

When your beloved pet
Becomes old and dies
You can feel sorry for yourself
Or hold onto some fine memories.

When your child has a disorder
Causing serious behavior problems
You can either dwell on the problem
Or rejoice in whatever your child
Is interested in and likes to do.
In other words . . .

Keep on the sunny side of life!

    this is a very good poem and i apply this to my life every day well i hope that you can feel better about you dog even thought you might miss the dog when he is gone well i hope that you do get over the loss and make a better life for yourself
