Picturesque

Face like a picture
Her eyes devoid of emotion
Picturesque, beautiful
But something hides
Behind those eyes

Sorrow, searching
Looking for some peace of mind
Peering deep into others souls
To find what she needs
To become her own being

Face like a picture,
Body, mind and soul,
Picturesque and beautiful
On the outside,
As well as deep within

I like how the first stanza and last stanza start with the same phrase, I think it helps to define the image you're creating, taking it from different angles. I also really like the last few lines of the second stanza. An interesting take on the picture.

    Thanks for the entry,
